Chemical Resistant, USDS Acceptable, Durable Flooring Systems |
PF&L flooring systems are designed to meet demanding service requirements in a wide range of environments. Depending on the service requirements, a PF&L system can be selected ranging from 15 mils, to ¼”, or more. Surface textures range from smooth and sealed, for dry foot traffic areas, to aggressive slip resistance, for wet process areas. All systems have excellent chemical resistance, are USDA acceptable, and are extremely durable.
- 1000 CS - 100% solids epoxy top coat. Applied at 15-20 mils in two coats, the 1000 CS has excellent durability and good chemical resistance.
- 3100 FS - Slurry epoxy system, trowel applied at nominal 1/8” film thickness. The cured system has excellent durability, good chemical resistance, and a moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3200 FS – Slurry epoxy system, trowel applied at nominal 1/8” film thickness. The cured system has excellent durability, good chemical resistance, and an aggressive slip resistant surface texture.
- 3300 AR - Trowel applied epoxy mortar system designed for aggressive abrasive environments. Installed at nominal ¼” thickness, the 3300 AR has tremendous abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 CR - Trowel applied novolac epoxy mortar system designed for aggressive chemical environments. Installed at 1/4" nominal film thickness, the 3300 CR has excellent chemical resistance for the harshest environments, is extremely durable, and has moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 CR Veil Coat - Chemical resistant novolac epoxy top coat designed for aggressive chemical environments. The 3300 CR Veil Coat is a 100% solids, applied at 15-20 mils in two coats.
- 3300 CT - Trowel applied epoxy mortar system designed to cure completely, in temperatures as low as thirty degrees Fahrenheit. Installed at nominal ¼” thickness, the 3300 CT has excellent durability, good chemical resistance, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 FS & PT – Trowel, and Power Trowel applied epoxy mortar systems, designed with specific physical properties, for large projects and difficult service conditions. Installed at nominal ¼” thickness, these systems have excellent durability, very good chemical resistance, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 GS - Trowel applied epoxy mortar system designed with specific physical properties, for inexpensive refurbishing of deteriorated substrates. Installed at nominal ¼” thickness, the 3300 GS has excellent durability, good chemical resistance, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3800 FS - Epoxy slurry system, applied with a screed or pin rake at nominal ¼” thickness. Designed to be applicator friendly, the 3800FS has excellent durability, good chemical resistance, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 4410 FS - Urethane slurry system, applied with a screed or pin rake at nominal ¼” thickness. Resistant to thermal shock, the 4410 FS has excellence durability, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 4420 FS - Urethane slurry system, applied with a screed or pin rake at nominal ¼” thickness. Resistant to thermal shock, the 4420 FS has excellence durability, and aggressive texture for slip resistance.
- 5000 FS - Multi-layered, polyester laminate, broadcast flooring system. Applied at nominal ¼” thickness, the 5000 FS has good chemical resistance, is extremely durable, and has an aggressive texture for slip resistance.
- 6000 FS - Multi-layered, vinyl ester laminate, broadcast flooring system. Applied at nominal ¼” thickness, the 6000 FS has excellent chemical resistance, is extremely durable, and has an aggressive texture for slip resistance.
- 6100 FS - Multi-layered, chlorendic polyester laminate, broadcast flooring system. Applied at nominal ¼” thickness, the 6100 FS has excellent chemical resistance, especially in high concentrations of Nitric and Chromic Acid’s, and is extremely durable.
- 6200 FS - Multi-layered, novolac vinyl ester laminate, broadcast flooring system. Applied at nominal ¼” thickness, the 6200 FS system has the best overall chemical resistance of the 6000 series, and is intended for use in the most aggressive environments and demanding service conditions.

Chemical Resistant Coating and Lining Systems |
PF&L specialty coating and lining systems, formulated with highly chemical resistant polymers, yield permeation resistant, durable, monolithic barriers, designed to maximize chemical resistance in the most aggressive environments.
A variety of coating systems, utilizing several polymer types, are available. Typical applications include warehouse and process areas, trenches and secondary containment, where high chemical resistance, the ability to clean easily, and light reflective properties are important.
- Fibercoat - 100% solids epoxy coating system. Spray or roller applied to 15-20 mils in two coats, Fibercoat has good chemical resistance for many fume exposure and secondary containment applications.
- Fibercoat CR - 100% solids novolac epoxy coating system. Spray or roller applied to 15-20 mils in two coats, Fibercoat CR has excellent chemical resistance to most acids, alkalis and solvents.
- 6650 CS - Spray or roller applied, vinyl ester coating system. Designed for application from 20-30 mils, in two coats for fume service, and 30-40 mils in three coats, for immersion service. Designed for curbs, walls, columns, trenches, and sumps, 6650 CS has very good chemical resistance.
- 6750 CS - Spray or roller applied, chlorendic polyester coating system. Designed to be applied in 30-40 mils in three coats, 6750 CS has excellent chemical resistance and is designed to be used in a wide variety of service conditions, especially in secondary containment exposures containing Nitric and Chromic Acid.
- 6850 CS - Spray or roller applied, novolac vinyl ester coating system. Designed to be applied in 30-40 mils, in three coats, the 6850 CS has the best overall chemical resistance in the coating thin film coating ling.
Heavy duty lining systems are typically installed at nominal 1/8" to the interior of tanks, trenches and other surfaces, on horizontal, vertical, and overhead substrates to form a monolithic barrier. These lining systems are designed to withstand aggressive chemical exposures and sliding abrasion.
- 2300 LS - Trowel applied, slurry, epoxy lining system. The 2300 LS is an applicator friendly, one coat system, with good chemical resistance. The applied film thickness of the 2300LS can vary from 60 mils to 1/8", depending on the condition of the substrate.
- 2600 LS - Trowel applied epoxy lining system. Designed for application at 1/8” nominal film thickness, 2600 LS has very good chemical resistance, in service temperatures up to 200ºF.
- 2620 CR - Trowel applied novolac epoxy lining system. Designed for application at 1/8” nominal film thickness, 2620 CR has excellent chemical resistance to a wide range of service environments.
- 2900 LS - Trowel applied novolac epoxy lining system. Designed for application at 1/8" nominal film thickness, 2900 LS has excellent chemical resistance in a wide range of high temperature service environments. 2900 LS is appropriate for installation in Hot Water Recovery Tanks, FGD Scrubbers, Stacks, Outlet Duck Work and Included Draft Fans.
- 6600 LS - Trowel applied vinyl ester lining system. Designed for application at 1/8” nominal film thickness, 6600 LS has very good chemical resistance, in temperatures up to 200ºF. Ideal for immersion service in tanks, trenches and sumps.
- 6700 LS - Trowel applied chlorendic polyester lining system. Designed for application at 1/8” nominal film thickness, 6600 LS has excellent chemical resistance, especially in services involving exposure to Nitric Acid and Chromic Acid. Ideal for immersion service in tanks, trenches and sumps.
- 6800 LS - Trowel applied novolac vinyl ester lining system, designed for application at 1/8” nominal film thickness. 6800LS has the best overall chemical resistance of the lining systems.

Polymer Concrete & Trowel-Applied Grouts. Epoxy and Vinyl Ester Grout formulations for rebuilding sumps, columns, trenches, pump bases and curbs. Pitching floors in wet process / wash down areas insures proper flow to drains and eliminates standing water which improves safety and sanitary conditions.
- 3500 Grout - Trowel applied epoxy pitching and filler grout. Designed for application at a minimum of ½”, 3500 Grout is used to fill eroded areas, or create pitch on a floor. Installed up to 8" thick, the 3500 Grout requires minimal cure time prior to the application of a top coat system.
- 3600 Tile Grout - Three-component jointing compound, used to re-point tile, or for new installations. It can also be used to repair non-moving cracks in concrete. U.S.D.A acceptable for use in food processing plants and has excellent resistance to most acids, caustics, detergents and other corrosive chemicals.
- 3700 Pourable Grout - High strength, chemical resistant polymer concrete. Packaged as a pre-measured three component unit, 3700 Pourable Grout can be used for rebuilding pump pads, trenches, and sumps.
- 5500 Grout - Trowel applied Polyester pitching and filler grout. Designed for application from ½” to 2” thick, the 5500 Grout can be used in multiple lifts, for badly deteriorated substrates, prior to application of the 5000 FS and 6000 FS series products. The 5500 Grout requires only a short cure time before finish system / top coat application.
- 6510 Pourable Grout - Chemical resistant, vinyl ester, polymer grout. Designed for deep pour projects, the 6510 has extremely high strength, is extremely durable, and has excellent chemical resistance, for the most demanding polymer grout applications.
- Epofil Block Filler - Two component, epoxy, block and joint filler. Epofil has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, and is chemical resistant to most acids, alkalis, salt solutions and oils. Due to its non-sag, lightweight consistency, it is used to permanently patch and repair vertical and overhead voids

Epoxy Patch Kits - Designed for In-House Maintenance |
3300 Series Epoxy Patch Kits - All versions of the Patch Kit series are 100% solids, trowel applied, epoxy flooring materials. These materials have minimal odor during application and the curing process, which make their use ideal in food and beverage plants. The 3300 series patch kits are designed for ease of application, to be used by in-house maintenance department staff.
- 3300 FS - Trowel applied epoxy flooring system, applied at 1/4" nominal film thickness. The 3300 FS has good chemical resistance, excellent durability, and moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 CR - Trowel applied novolac epoxy flooring system, applied at 1/4" nominal film thickness. The 3300 CR has excellent chemical resistance, is extremely durable, and has moderate texture for slip resistance.
- 3300 CT - Trowel applied epoxy flooring system, applied at 1/4" nominal film thickness. The 3300 CT has the ability to cure, completely, in temperatures as low as 30°F. The cured 3300 CT has very good chemical resistance, is extremely durable, and has moderate texture for slip resistance.

3300 Fast Cure Patch Kit - Specially modified epoxy polymer system which cures, ready for foot traffic, in approximately 1 hour at 75°F. 3300 Fast Cure - is easy to apply, has good chemical resistance, and is extremely durable.

1 container - resin - Part A
1 container - hardener - Part B
18.5 lbs - Aggregate - Part C
Coverage: approximately 10 square feet at ¼”.

Commercial/Institutional & Light Industrial Decorative Flooring Systems |
Deco-Quartz Systems -
These epoxy systems include Deco Quartz LT, installed at a thickness of 1/8", Deco Quartz HB installed at a thickness of 1/4", and the corresponding vertical surface and cove material, Deco Quartz VS. The Deco-Quartz family of systems utilizes a decorative color quartz aggregate, to provide the color in the system, and is top coated with a clear, durable, epoxy sealer. The finished system is attractive, durable, and has an easy to clean finish.
- Deco Quartz LT - 1/8" decorative epoxy, moderate slip resistance.
- Deco Quartz HB - 1/4" decorative epoxy, moderate slip resistance.
- Deco Quartz VS - decorative epoxy vertical surface and cove material.
- Dresscoat - Two component, 100% solids epoxy flooring system. U.S.D.A acceptable for food processing plants, Dresscoat has excellent resistance to most detergents, many acids, caustics, other corrosive materials.
